Ms. Asiimwe Eunice, is the Administrative and Finance Coordinator at SRF-RTC with 11 years of experience in research, including data collection, translation, data entry, and database design. She holds a Diploma in Education from Bishop Stuart University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Alison.com, alongside certifications in Research Ethics (Global Health Network) and Good Clinical Practice (NIDA Clinical Trials Network). At SRF-RTC, Ms. Asiimwe coordinates finance, human resources, and the organization’s business arm through Soar Research Foundation, supporting research consultancies, language translation services, financial management, and grant administration.
Mr. Bengo Muyonjo, is the Grants Management Consultant at SRF-RTC with over 9 years of professional experience in financial management, auditing, and accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Statistics from Makerere University and is pursuing CPA certification. Mr. Muyonjo has served in senior audit roles with Bengo & Associates, Nnawuba & Associates, AA&L Associates mgi PKF, and as a Junior Lecturer at the College for Professional Development. His expertise spans internal and external auditing, taxation, financial reporting, fraud prevention, and use of accounting software (QuickBooks and Tally). He brings strong analytical, compliance, and financial risk management skills to SRF-RTC.

Mr. Ahimbisibwe Bernard, BSc.Ed is the Production and Digital learning Manager at SRF-RTC with 2 years of experience in research. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Education (Physical) from Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) and is pursuing a Diploma in Ethical Hacking (Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. He has additional training in Good Clinical Practice (NIDA Clinical Trials Network), Research Ethics (Global Health Network), and Cyber Security (Cisco Networking Academy). Mr. Ahimbisibwe is skilled in data management, translation, transcription, designing of learning management systems and the design of research promotional and dissemination materials using various platforms including Artificial intelligence.
Ms. Ann Assumpta, is the IT and Communication Officer at SRF-RTC with 2 years of experience in research. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) and has completed certifications in Good Clinical Practice (NIDA Clinical Trials Network) and Research Ethics (Global Health Network). Ms. Ann Assumpta is skilled in data collection, database design, data entry, translation, transcription of qualitative scripts and the design of research promotional materials. She manages the organization’s website and social media platforms, supports research activities, and is the 2024 AYUTE Africa Award winner for her innovation of a cost-effective egg incubator.
Ms. Phionah Arineitwe is the Logistics Officer at SRF-RTC with 14 years of professional nursing experience. She has completed certificates in Comprehensive Nursing (Kabale School of Comprehensive Nursing), Good Clinical Practice (NIDA Clinical Trials Network), Research Ethics (Global Health Network), supply chain management and logistics (KAIST, on track), HIV/AIDS prevention and M&E, and integrated management of malaria. Ms. Arinaitwe is skilled in data collection, database design, data entry, translation, and transcription of qualitative research data, supporting both clinical and research operations at SRF-RTC.
Ms Natukunda Evais the Social Worker and Data processing officer at SRF-RTC.She has worked in 4 Randomized Clinical Trials and 1 Cluster Randomized Trial majorly on TB and Malaria. In both as a social worker, clinical registrar, data processing officer and field coordinator. She has experience in data collection using REDCAP.

Ms Arihiihi Specious is a Clinical Trial Nurse at SRF-RTC with 10 years of professional experience in midwifery, clinical care, and research. She holds a Diploma in Midwifery (Bishop Stuart University) and a Certificate in Midwifery (Ibanda School of Midwifery & Comprehensive Nursing). She has worked with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/Epicentre Research on the RIFASHORT clinical trial evaluating shortened treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis and has served in multiple hospitals including Mbarara Doctor’s Plaza Hospital, Gulu Independent Hospital, and Kampala Independent Hospital as a midwife and theatre nurse. Currently, she also serves as a midwife at Kasana HCIII, Isingiro District. Her training spans Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Research Ethics, Informed Consent Skills, HIV/AIDS Counselling, Good Documentation Practices, and Responsible Conduct of Research, equipping her with strong expertise in both clinical care and research standards.
Ms. Kanyana Rachel, is the Language Translation and Transcription Officer at SRF-RTC. Shehas 12 years of professional experience across health, communication, and client service roles. She holds a Diploma in Commercial Art and Design (Ndejje University) and a Certificate in Ophthalmic Theatre Nursing (Ruharo Eye Centre). Before joining SRF-RTC, she worked at Dr. Arunga’s Eye Hospital as an ophthalmic theatre nurse, dispenser, and optical assistant, gaining expertise in patient care, theatre operations, dispensing, and optical support. She also worked with the Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA) as executive sales personnel, where she specialized in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development. At SRF-RTC, she leads translation and transcription services, supporting research data collection, processing, and dissemination. She has training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), basics in ophthalmology, and extensive skills in communication, client care, and patient education.
